Anyone excited to see the Beneicio DelToro "Wolfman" movie coming out in February? Yes - I know. More remakes. But it does look pretty good. I just hope they haven't shown all the best parts in the trailer...

I'll admit, I had my usual remake response (Meh) when I heard they were making this film. However, the trailer has totally sucked me in. Group movie night in Feb?

I' totally looking forward to this movie. I love werewolves, they scare me....well, as much as ANYTHING scares me...as for remakes, well, I have been disappointed in most of them and am extremely upset that they remade "Nightmare on Elm Street", but I will probably go see it just the same...(insert soundbyte of everyone yelling "SUCKER"...)

I don't know - the Nightmare remake might be a good reboot. The NoES movies turned Freddy into this ridiculous parady of himself. He's not scary anymore. So maybe the new flick will bring back that aspect of the character that we all loved in the first place. (I'm hoping, anyway!)

Yeah, the sequels did get kinda silly near the end...if they can make him scary again, then ROCK ON!! I really enjoyed Jackie Earl Haley in "Watchmen", maybe he will be able to bring the scary back to this character!

Saw Wolf Man. Eh! The plot sucked. Everything else was good if not great. I loved the set decoration. It reminded me of the old Hammer Films. And If you didn't already notice Beneicio Del Toro mimicked Lon Cheney perfectly, the walk the facial features. That boy is good. This would have been a lot better with out Anthony Hopkins. What do you think?

Yes, Anthony Hopkins was God, but there were several times in the film where it seemed he was adlibbing his dialog..or at the very least, taking liberties with it. The occasional stumble was much like the actors I work with when they realize what they should have said, and they back track a little...anyway, I've seen it three times. There were good things and bad things, and in my opinion, in the end...Rick Baker is God...(sorry Sir Anthony)
