I just checked out your profile and see you follow the e-newsletter of Howe Military School. Did you go there?? My brother was a student there for 8th-10th grades (back in the early 80s). Yep, I graduated from HMS. I was there from 1976-1980. So I may not have been there at the same time as your brother.

I'm totally locked out. The email address I registered with, gerald.rice@acs-inc.com is no good anymore. I don't work there. Could someone reset it to gerald.rice76@sbcglobal.net so I can password reset?

Unfortunately, no.
Sorry about the work e-mail. What I can do it mirror the new account post numbers to the old one. Let me know what you'd like to do.

Hello Everyone,
My name is Tim Guthat. I've live in Michigan my whole life and have written stories since high school. Currently, I spend most of my writing time working on a couple novel projects - In the real world I teach high school English.
My favorite writers are Lovecraft, Poe and M. R. James. My favorite horror movies would have to be Hellraiser and HPLHS' Call of Cthulhu (I can't wait for their The Whisperer in Darkness).
It's great to be here!
Tim

Hey everyone,
My name is Joseph Polega and I've always enjoyed writing horror stories but just got serious about it in the last few months. I've been hooked ever since the seventh grade when my first story, about a teenage ghost who slaughters the school bullies who took his life, won a Young Author's competition. My teacher called me sick, my mom thought it was weird, but the story went on to place in the school district finals where it was published in their annual anthology. So all those school board members and parents who loved their students stories of unrequited teenage love had to publish my story where those same teenagers had their throats slit.
My story "The Grass Roots" was published in the latest issue of Ghostlight magazine and I have two stories appearing in the upcoming Daily Bits of Flesh anthology by Pill Hill Press as well as one up for consideration in their Monster Mash anthology. I also have stories up on some horror websites like Microhorror, etc.
I love Chinese food, John Carpenter's Halloween, the TV show Big Brother (sue me), my wife, and my kids whose blond hair and blue eyes would make the Nazis jealous.
I look forward to getting to know everyone here...may God have mercy on you.

Yay, Tim and Joe! I wrote gruesome stuff in 6th grade and was just told I wasn't allowed to do that anymore. Weird that they didn't call my folks to have a 'conference' about it. So that's great that yours won a competition. Woohoo!

Welcome, Tim and Joseph!
Joseph, I think I have a couple of stories in that same Pill Hill Press anthology. Looking forward to sharing the pages with you!

Hi everyone! I'm Jayde and have been writing for just a few years. Nothing published yet but it's coming...I can feel it! My genre has been paranormal romance but a plot came to me and I decided to take a stab (pun intended) at horror. Time for writing has been scarce lately due to going to school at ITT Tech for Criminal Justice.
